Based on the IMP³rove Sustainability-Driven Innovation Management (SDIM) Assessment Report this two-day course introduces a structured and effective way of developing a sustainability-driven innovation management action plan, avoiding common pitfalls and suited to the company’s specific needs and expectations.

In this course you will learn to exemplify the strengths and weaknesses of the company’s sustainability-related status quo and its sustainability-driven innovation management performance to build a comprehensive and tangible action plan for more ecological, societal, and economic sustainability. This particular training course is heavily based on the IMP³ROVE SDIM Benchmarking Report, unravelling the company’s sustainability-driven strengths and weaknesses in different dimensions and therefore serves to break the boundaries of theoretical knowledge and venture into the real-life issues at hand. Once they have successfully completed the training course, participants will feel confident and perfectly prepared to develop action plans for better sustainability-driven innovation management.

This highly interactive course covers:

Presentation of participants’ analyses of IMP³ROVE SDIM Benchmarking Report– Discussing hypotheses and report data
Structured problem-solving for effective sustainability-driven action plan development – Engaging in overriding questions, identifying different issues leading to structured hypotheses
Structuring findings – how to align the findings in a comprehensive and powerful manner for further presentation and how to develop a sustainability-driven action plan?
Developing a presentation – how to design a compelling presentation using proven templates?

Who can take part in this course?

“Sustainability-driven Action Plan Development” is suitable for advanced learners who want to further deepen their sustainability-driven innovation management knowledge based on true real-life data.

As this particular training course is heavily built around the IMP³rove SDIM Benchmarking Report, it is of crucial importance that the participant has successfully completed the “Introduction to Sustainability-driven Innovation Management”, “Introduction to the Digital Innovation Quotient” or the “Introduction to the IMP³rove Approach” training course, followed by at least one completed assessment of Sustainability-Driven Innovation Management on the IMP³rove platform. All participants will receive a pre-course assignment asking them to set up hypotheses based on the report data, which will be presented on-site.
